Every morning before the sun comes up, our day begins the same way — flour on the table, water in the mixer, kettles boiling, and bagels rolled by hand. Long before our doors open, we’re already doing what we love.
Bagel Station 523 is more than a bagel shop; it’s the continuation of our family’s journey. After years in the restaurant industry, we created a place that reflects who we are — a blend of our Chinese and Dominican roots, our passion for craftsmanship, and our belief that great food brings people together.
You may have known us by another name, but while our name has changed, what matters most remains the same: the same family, the same recipes, the same hands rolling every bagel, and the same commitment to quality and hospitality.
